ROAD IMPACTS

Boulderthon has doubled in size every year since its inception, drawing runners from all 50 states as well as 22 countries, as the signature city marathon showcases Boulder’s beautiful downtown and spectacular views of the Flatirons.

The 2024 Boulderthon race series saw almost 10,000 participants of all ages and experience levels and was estimated to bring in $7.6 million in direct impacts for the Boulder area, up 139% from last year’s race.


No parking garages will be closed during Boulderthon. All parking garages remain fully open for the community & staff.


If you love to shop, there are over 140 retailers downtown, 80% of which are locally owned and operated.  Businesses are open during Boulderthon!
